Walt Disney World has quietly discontinued a longstanding perk for Annual Passholders and other guests with merchandise discounts, including Disney Vacation Club members and Disney Visa cardholders. As of October 6, these guests can no longer apply their discounts to bottled beverages purchased at Disney-owned stores.

The change means Passholders and others who previously saved 20% on bottled sodas, waters, and similar items must now pay full price. Multiple Cast Members confirmed the update, which follows a series of price increases across Walt Disney World Resort, including higher costs for Annual Passes, tickets, food, beverages, and select tours and dessert parties.

The bottled beverage discount had been available for years, predating social media as a well-known money-saving tip among Passholders. The removal of this benefit comes amid broader financial adjustments at the resort, though no official reason for the change has been provided.
