Disney World Fires Up S'mores Season with Creative Treats

Walt Disney World is celebrating s'mores season in style, offering an array of creative takes on the classic campfire treat. The Ganachery at Disney Springs has been perfecting its artisanal s'mores for over a decade, with expert chocolatier and Assistant Sous Chef Tyler crafting each one by hand.

Visitors can watch through the shop's open window as their marshmallow is toasted to golden perfection before being layered onto a graham cracker with caramel, topped with The Ganachery's signature in-house chocolates, finished with a pinch of sea salt, and dusted with a powdered sugar Mickey Mouse silhouette on top.

The Ganachery also offers an all-new Pumpkin Spice S'more as part of its fall lineup. Meanwhile, other Disney eateries are getting in on the s'mores action, including Amorette's Patisserie, which serves up a S'mores Croissant with flaky buttery pastry, rich Nutella chocolate, and marshmallow.

Sunshine Seasons at EPCOT offers the S'morin' Across America Milk Shake, inspired by Soarin', topped with toasted marshmallow, a chocolate bar, graham cracker crumbles, and a Soarin' hang glider garnish. The Regal Eagle Smokehouse also features a S'mores Bar combining fudge brownie, dark chocolate, toasted meringue, and smoked graham cracker into one indulgent treat.
