Disney World Unveils Six New Restaurants Coming in 2027

Disney World fans have plenty to look forward to in 2027. The resort is gearing up for several new restaurant openings, including Harryhausen's Restaurant and Archie's Scare Pig Pizza, both part of the new Monstropolis land at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Monstropolis will also feature three new rides: Indiana Jones and the Myth of the Jade Serpent, Antonio's Fiesta de Encanto, and El Carrusel de los Animalitos. The land is set to open in phases starting in 2027.

In addition to Monstropolis, Disney's Animal Kingdom will see the debut of Pueblo Esperanza, which includes a large quick-service restaurant housed in a hacienda. The newest Disney Vacation Club hotel, Disney Lakeshore Lodge, will also open in summer 2027, bringing three new restaurants with it.

The three new restaurants at Lakeshore Lodge are Moonglade, a table service eatery serving 'thoughtfully prepared dishes featuring seasonal and locally sourced ingredients'; Bay Lake Provisions, a quick-service marketplace-style spot; and Paint Out Point Bar & Grill, a pool bar located next to Lakeshore Lagoon.
