Disney's Animal Kingdom Unveils Changes for October

Disney's Animal Kingdom is set to undergo several changes in October, including extended evening hours for Deluxe Resort guests and modifications to ride hours.

The park will be open from 6 PM to 8 PM on Tuesday, October 20th, and Monday, October 26th, allowing guests to experience Pandora at night. The attractions available during this time include Avatar Flight of Passage, Expedition Everest, Legend of the Forbidden Mountain, Na'vi River Journey, and Zootopia: Better Zoogether!

Additionally, construction is underway for Pueblo Esperanza, a new land inspired by the Tropical Americas set to open in 2027. The new area will feature three new attractions, including an Encanto-themed ride called Antonio's Fiesta de Encanto, which will allow guests to explore inside the Madrigal Casita and interact with over 50 animals.

The Kilimanjaro Safaris attraction will also see a change in operating hours, closing at 4:45 PM each day instead of 6 PM when the park officially closes. Guests are advised to double-check safari hours before visiting.
