Disney's 'Finding Nemo' Roller Coaster Gets Major Refurbishment Through Summer 2027

Disney has given an update on the refurbishment of its popular 'Finding Nemo' themed roller coaster, Crush's Coaster, at Disneyland Paris Resort. The ride closed on September 7, 2026, as part of a large-scale refurbishment that is expected to continue through summer 2027.

The renovation was first announced earlier this year, with the European Disney park confirming that the ride would close for refurbishment and reopen sometime in the summer of 2027. Crush's Coaster is one of the few attractions exclusive to Disneyland Paris Resort and has not been recreated at any other Disney parks worldwide.

Disney cast members have been spotted working on the facade of the attraction, with photos shared by guest X (formerly Twitter) user @PixiedustDLP showing multiple crew members in construction lifts. While Disney has not announced an exact reopening date for Crush's Coaster, the ride is expected to return to Worlds of Pixar in Disney Adventure World in summer 2027.
