Disney's Hollywood Studios Unveils The Magic of Disney Animation with Epic Grand Opening Celebration

The Magic of Disney Animation has officially opened at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World Resort, marking a major milestone for Disney fans. The grand opening celebration brought together an impressive gathering of 60 Disney Parks characters in a once-in-a-lifetime event inspired by the beloved short film Once Upon a Studio.

Nestled in the Animation Courtyard, The Magic of Disney Animation is a tribute to over 100 years of Disney storytelling and artistry. This new attraction features several unique experiences under one roof, including Olaf Draws, where guests can try their hand at sketching beloved Disney characters with guidance from animator Olaf; Off the Page!, a character meet-and-greet experience that takes visitors through different spaces highlighting specific parts of the animation process; Drawn to Wonderland, an immersive playground inspired by the iconic concept art of Mary Blair for Alice in Wonderland; and Disney Once Upon a Studio Theater, which brings guests into a short film experience featuring Mickey Mouse and classic Disney characters reuniting to celebrate the magic of animation.

The grand opening celebration was truly special, with fans witnessing 60 Disney Parks characters gathering together in one place.
