Disney's Lakeshore Lodge Unveils Summer 2027 Opening Details

Walt Disney World has revealed new details about its upcoming Disney's Lakeshore Lodge resort, set to open in summer 2027. The 967-room nature-inspired resort will be located along Bay Lake and feature three dining locations: Moonglade, a waterfront table-service restaurant; Bay Lake Provisions, a quick-service eatery; and Paint Out Point Bar & Grill, a poolside bar.

Guests at the resort will also have access to The Wetlands, an outdoor recreation area with a zero-entry pool, lazy river, children's play areas, and a leisure pool. This pool offers stunning views of Magic Kingdom fireworks from Dandelion Terrace, a lounge overlooking Bay Lake.

The resort lobby will feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of The Wetlands, along with artwork inspired by Disney's Pocahontas. Walt Disney World said the design and decor are meant to be reminiscent of the classic Disney film.
