Disney's Magic Kingdom Gives Frontierland Restaurant a Fresh Makeover
Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom has announced significant changes to The Diamond Horseshoe restaurant in Frontierland. After years of sharing a similar menu with Liberty Tree Tavern, The Diamond Horseshoe will be transformed into an all-new pop-up food and drinks experience starting this September.
The new concept will offer shareable small plates, specialty beverages, and a more relaxed atmosphere that encourages guests to stop in for a drink or snack while exploring Frontierland. Disney has previewed some of the items on the menu, including a savory charcuterie board and strawberry hot honey lemonade with a chili-lime rim.
The change comes after a limited-time themed dining experience inspired by Toy Story, called Jessie's Roundup, was held at the restaurant earlier this summer. The pop-up concept may not become permanent, but it gives The Diamond Horseshoe its own distinct identity for the first time in years.
