DMP Names Industry Veterans to Key Sales Roles

DMP, a security technology company, has appointed John Haspel as its director of sales engineering and Tom Sinciro as executive director of national accounts. The two new hires bring over 60 years of combined experience in physical security to their roles.

Haspel joins DMP with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, having previously held positions at Verint, Cisco Systems, Avigilon, Oncam, and Soterix Systems. He has worked closely with DMP on its XV Plus Gateways since 2025.

Sinciro also brings over three decades of experience to his role, having served as vice president of sales for North America at Gunnebo Entrance Control and held positions at Avigilon and Oncam. In his new position, Sinciro will focus on developing DMP's national accounts program and working with integrators and end users.
