DX Foundation Names Melissa Haarmann as New Chief Growth Officer

DX Foundation, an Austin-based enterprise data strategy and AI consultancy, has appointed Melissa Haarmann as its new Chief Growth Officer. Effective August 3, 2026, Haarmann brings over a decade of experience in helping organizations transform client engagement through Salesforce implementation and go-to-market strategy.

Haarmann joins DX Foundation from Zennify, where she led the firm's largest strategic accounts, expanded into new geographies, and built and grew the sales organization. Her expertise lies in financial services, where complex regulatory environments and client-facing technology demands require both technical depth and business judgment.

As Chief Growth Officer, Haarmann will focus on accelerating DX Foundation's growth through strengthened Salesforce partnerships, a scaled go-to-market strategy, and expanded strategic client relationships. She will also support the sales organization in shaping the firm's next phase of growth and ensuring that DX Foundation engagements deliver measurable business outcomes.
