Edison Restaurant at Disney Springs Unleashes Spooky Halloween Menu

The Edison, a 1920s-themed table service restaurant in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World, has transformed into a spooky retreat for the Halloween season. The eatery's interior design blends well with its eerie décor, creating an immersive experience for guests.

The Halloween menu at The Edison features several drink options, including Blood Donor ($20), a bag of blood made from Bacardi Superior, Aperol, Solerno blood orange liqueur, and lime juice. Guests can sip it through a straw connected to the bag.

Other drinks include Alleycat for $19, made with Dos Hombres tequila, orange juice, agave nectar, lime juice, and a beet juice float, and Hallowed By Thy Grove ($18), a drink mixed from Dos Hombres mezcal, Dos Hombres tequila, crème de mûre, barrel-aged maple syrup, lemon, lime, cardamom bitters, and blackberry.

Throughout the season, diners can contribute to Cookies For Kids' Cancer by purchasing dulce de leche cheesecake and house-made gelato topped with a ginger snap cookie. The purchase will help fund research for less toxic treatments that allow kids to beat cancer without significant lifelong side effects.
