Electrolux Names Pallavi Mishra VP of HR and Communications for APAC

Electrolux Group has appointed Pallavi Mishra as Vice President of HR and Communications for its Asia-Pacific region. The appointment is effective from September 1, 2026, when Mishra will be based in Bangkok.

Mishra joins Electrolux with nearly a decade of experience at Honeywell, where she held various senior HR positions, including Senior Director of HR, Asia Pacific. Her expertise includes workforce planning, talent management, organisational transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement across diverse APAC markets.

As part of the APAC leadership team, Mishra will play a key role in shaping how Electrolux attracts, develops, and engages talent across the region. Her dual responsibility for HR and communications highlights the growing importance of clear, consistent employee communication in building trust and adapting to workplace transformation.
