Experian Brings Credit Insights to Google Gemini's Connected Apps

Experian has become the first personal finance app integrated with Google Gemini's Connected Apps. This new integration allows US users to link their Experian accounts and ask Gemini about their credit rating and the factors influencing it.

People who are new to Experian can create a free account through the experience, and users can connect the app through Gemini's Personal Intelligence settings or by tagging @Experian in a chat.

The integration gives Experian another channel for reaching consumers as they use AI assistants to make financial decisions. The companies plan to add more capabilities over time, including potential help with canceling subscriptions.

According to Jeff Softley, CEO of Experian North America, 'Consumers increasingly expect to engage across the experiences and platforms that are part of their everyday lives. Our collaboration with Google delivers on that expectation, giving our existing members another way to engage with Experian while introducing us to consumers who may be discovering Experian for the first time.'
