Experienced Lawyers Launch Verity Law Chambers to Focus on Tech and Employment Law

Kapil Chaudhary and Sushmita Chaudhary, two experienced lawyers, have launched Verity Law Chambers in New Delhi and Noida. The new law firm will focus on technology, data, AI, privacy, corporate governance, employment and labour law, and commercial litigation.

Kapil Chaudhary joins the practice after serving as a partner at Dentons Link Legal for around 26 years. He has also held senior in-house roles at IBM, Autodesk, Twitter, Flutter International/Junglee Games, and Info Edge (India).

The law firm will advise clients on AI governance and regulatory readiness, data privacy and cybersecurity, technology and platform regulation, software licensing, and media, gaming, and entertainment regulation. They will also undertake disputes, international arbitration, corporate governance, and board advisory services.
