Firefox Makes it Easy to Switch from Google Chrome

A long-time Google Chrome user decided to switch to Mozilla Firefox and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. The author, Jack, had been using Chrome for 15 years, but issues with RAM consumption, battery drain, and overheating made him realize it was time to move on.

The process of switching to Firefox took less than 15 minutes, as the browser imported all his data automatically. Jack was able to choose exactly what to bring over, including bookmarks, saved passwords, autofill information, and open tabs.

Reinstalling his favorite extensions was also painless, with many of them available for Firefox as well. Jack notes that some websites may be built with Chrome in mind, but he hasn't encountered any significant compatibility issues with Firefox.
