Fisher Asset Management LLC, managed by Ken Fisher, has significantly increased its stake in Apple Inc (AAPL) by purchasing an additional 1,179,763 shares.

This transaction marks a notable boost to the hedge fund's position in AAPL, with Spark's AI Analyst at TipRanks describing the stock as a 'Outperform' due to Apple's exceptional profitability and cash-flow strength.

However, technicals show near-term weakness versus the 20-day moving average (DMA), and valuation is relatively expensive with a low dividend yield. Despite this, Apple's solid demand and growth were supported by its latest earnings call, which also highlighted near-term supply, cost, and FX headwinds, as well as higher operating expenses.

Apple Inc currently has a market capitalization of $4.537 trillion, a significant increase from the beginning of the year when it was at 13.84% YTD price performance.
