IBM's board of directors has elected Frank Baker to its ranks, effective October 1, 2026. The 53-year-old is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Siris Capital Group, LLC, which has deployed more than $9 billion in equity capital across technology, telecommunications, and data-focused companies.
