Free-From Bakery Product of the Year Finalists Announced for Baking Industry Awards

The Free-From Bakery Product of the Year 2026 finalists have been announced by the Baking Industry Awards, celebrating bakery items that cater to consumers with dietary requirements and preferences.

This year's quartet of finalists includes a low-carb loaf from Beefcake Café, a gluten-free Colin the Caterpillar cake made without wheat from M&S, a plant-based red velvet Dubai chocolate cake from Cake Box, and a fully plant-based sausage roll from Okja Bakery.

Judges praised these products for their taste, texture, and appearance, as well as their effectiveness in meeting consumer needs. The winners will be revealed at a black-tie ceremony on November 25, 2026.
