Gemini Spark Adds Google Photos Integration for Complex Tasks

The Gemini Spark platform has been updated to include Google Photos as one of its connected apps. This integration allows users to run complex tasks related to their Google Photos library, saving time and effort. The feature is available to subscribers of Google AI Pro and AI Ultra.

With Google Photos within Gemini Spark, users can perform various tasks such as finding vacation selfies, erasing background crowds, centering themselves in photos, and more. They can also use the platform to create collages or videos from their photos, stylize pictures, generate summaries of events, extract text from images, and automate other recurring tasks.

Google has provided examples of how users can utilize this feature, such as creating a weekly shared folder of new photos of their kids that can be easily sent to grandparents. This integration is now starting to roll out and should arrive in the next few weeks for eligible subscribers.
