Gill Fuels Takes Over Tracy Chevron Gas Station

Gill Fuels Inc., a company registered in 2016, has taken over the gas station at 2375 N Tracy Blvd. in Tracy, California. The new ownership group is led by Jivtesh Singh Gill as chief executive officer and Paramjyot Sandhu Gill as chief financial officer. They now hold the station's off-sale beer and wine license following the transfer.

The station was previously operated as Tracy Chevron under Elite Fuels 2 Corp, which picked up the license in 2024 under principal Amin Khan. The ownership group has now exited the location as part of the broader change, handing day-to-day control to the Gill family's operation.

Gill Fuels Inc. was first registered in 2016 and has operated out of Tracy ever since, based at an address on Ranch Road not far from the station it's now taking over. Jivtesh Singh Gill is also tied to the California Central Valley 7-Eleven Franchise Owners Association.
