Gleeson Snares a Greeting from Stormtroopers on His Own Ride

Celebrities often visit Disney parks to experience their beloved rides and shows. In a surprising incident, Irish actor Domhnall Gleeson, who played General Armitage Hux in the Star Wars franchise, managed to sneak onto his own ride at Hollywood Studios.

Gleeson was able to get on the Rise of the Resistance ride without being detected by security or park staff. When he emerged from the ride, Disney's Stormtroopers and First Order officers recognized him as General Hux and saluted him in character.

This incident highlights the immersive experience that Disney parks offer their guests, with even live actors playing roles within the rides themselves.
