Globant Unveils MuleSoft AI Pod to Overcome Integration Barriers for Enterprise-Agentic AI

Globant has introduced MuleSoft AI Pod to help companies overcome integration barriers and scale enterprise-agentic AI using Salesforce. This new delivery model combines specialized AI agents with human integration experts to accelerate secure API-led connectivity and delivery.

The MuleSoft AI Pod is accessible through Globant's AI-native technology service model, Glob.AI. It helps reduce migration timelines from months to weeks by automating manual integration tasks up to 80% and delivering results in 15-25% faster time-to-value cycles.

Globant's Global Head of Salesforce Studio, Roland Berthelot, said that organizations are under pressure to move agentic AI from experimentation to production but face integration bottlenecks. MuleSoft helps establish the connectivity foundation required for these initiatives.
