NEOS Investments has been acquired by Goldman Sachs Asset Management in a move that will see the firm expand its offerings and reach a broader segment of investors. The acquisition, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, marks an important next step for NEOS, according to a statement from the firm.

NEOS has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing ETF platforms, managing USD30 billion in assets across 19 options-based income ETFs as of June 30, 2026. The acquisition will see Goldman Sachs Asset Management expand its offering of sophisticated derivative-based ETF solutions to meet the growing demand for investors and advisors.

David Solomon, Chairman and CEO of Goldman Sachs, notes that NEOS' disciplined investment approach is highly complementary to their capabilities across buffer, managed outcome, and income strategies. Together, they will provide investors with a diverse toolkit for different market environments.
