Goldman Sachs International has filed a Form 38.5(a) disclosure with the Irish Takeover Panel, detailing significant share and CFD transactions involving DCC Energy plc's EUR 0.25 ordinary shares.

The transactions were made on August 20, 2026, and involved both outright purchases and disposals of shares, as well as a large volume of contracts for difference (CFD) and swap dealings.

According to the filing, Goldman Sachs purchased 515,385 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 63.6000p to 63.7500p, while also disposing of 325,985 shares at sale prices between 63.6000p and 63.7503p.

The disclosure also reveals extensive CFD transactions involving increasing short positions across various tranches, with individual lots ranging from 69 to 260,470 securities at prices between 63.6000p and 63.7500p.
