Goldman Sachs has identified several Indian companies that will benefit from the growing demand for AI infrastructure. The list includes HFCL, Polycab India, and Sterlite Technologies among others. These companies are involved in power generation, data centres, and semiconductor manufacturing, which are essential components of the global AI build-out.

The Nifty has declined 12% in 2026, but AI-linked companies have seen significant growth due to rising demand for AI infrastructure. Goldman Sachs' list includes five power-generation stocks that are expected to benefit from this trend.

Polycab India, with a market capitalization of over $13 billion, has seen earnings growth of 18% and capex intensity of 4%. HFCL, on the other hand, has a market capitalization of over $4 billion and earnings growth of 50%. Sterlite Technologies has a market capitalization of over $5 billion and earnings growth of 78%, with capex intensity of 11%
