Goldman Sachs Surpasses 3% Stake in Ontex Group NV

Ontex Group NV has disclosed significant shareholdings by the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in accordance with Belgian law.

The notifications were made under Article 14 of the Belgian Law of May 2, 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies.

On August 21, 2026, Ontex received a transparency declaration confirming that Goldman Sachs held 481,494 voting rights and 2,147,719 equivalent financial instruments, representing 0.58%, 2.61%, and 3.19% of Ontex's issued shares.

The combined holding crossed the threshold of 3% on August 18, 2026.
