Goldman Sachs Unveils Massive New Campus in Downtown Dallas
Goldman Sachs is building an impressive new campus in downtown Dallas, Texas. The sprawling complex will cover over 800,000 square feet and feature a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces designed to accommodate employees' needs. According to Chief Administrative Officer Ericka Leslie, the exterior of the building is largely finished, with crews working on fitting out the interior and installing air conditioning.
The new campus will bring together staff from two existing Dallas buildings, allowing different business units to work side by side in a state-of-the-art space. This move is part of Goldman's strategy to consolidate its Dallas footprint into a single high-amenity base. Leslie noted that the company is 'mostly on time' with the project, despite minor slippage due to fierce competition for labor amid a broader Dallas construction surge.
The campus will offer various amenities, including an auditorium, wellness center, fitness facility, backup daycare, coffee bar, and multiple cafeteria-style areas. Outside, employees can enjoy an acre-and-a-half park with trees and shade. Leslie emphasized the importance of flexible indoor and outdoor spaces in accommodating Dallas's hot summer temperatures.
Goldman Sachs' decision to expand its presence in Dallas reflects the city's growing reputation as a hub for business and talent. Leslie praised the city, stating that it is 'a really vibrant place to do business.' The company is targeting a January 2028 move-in date for the new campus.
