Google has released an update for its Google Health app, version 5.07, which is now available globally for Android and iOS devices. The update brings several improvements to the app's features, including manual exercise recording, map navigation, weight tracking, and bug fixes.

One of the main changes in the update is the ability to manually record exercises with more flexibility. Users can add and customize various metrics when entering sports data manually, making it easier to track their activities.

The update also includes improvements for users who engage in swimming activities. When switching from pool swimming to open water swimming, the app allows users to track more activity details.

In addition, Google Health 5.07 makes it easier to track running distance by counting cross-country runs and uphill path runs as part of the user's total running distance.
