Android users have been waiting for some much-needed updates to Google Messages. According to Android Police, the app is finally addressing two of its most frustrating quirks.

The first issue being fixed is the lack of a 'delete for everyone' feature in group chats. This feature has been available on other messaging apps for years and allows users to remove any message from a conversation.

Another annoying quirk being tackled by Google Messages is the fact that users couldn't select multiple messages at once to delete or archive them. This update should make it much easier to clean up cluttered conversations.
