Google Teases Pixel 11 Discounts Ahead of Birthday Sale

Google is gearing up to celebrate its 28th birthday on September 24th by offering discounts across several of its products, including the Pixel 11 smartphone. This move comes as Apple has just launched its iPhone 18, and Google likely wants to stay competitive in the market.

The company's past practices suggest that a significant discount of around 15-20% off Pixel 11 hardware is possible, with some promotions potentially extending to Pixel Buds, Pixel Watch, and Nest devices. Enhanced trade-in prices with freebies or heavily discounted wearables thrown in with select phone purchases are also expected.

In the past, Google has offered discounts on its products during its birthday sales. In 2020, it ran a surprise 24-hour sale event with major discounts across Nest and Stadia products. In 2021, it offered Pixel 6 and Nest Hub discounts before the Pixel 6's release date.

The company is urging people to sign up for its marketing emails to get details of the 'special offer', which might include a voucher that triggers a discount. Google has released three foldable phones in the last three years, so it may offer heavier discounts for the Pixel 11 Pro Fold this year.
