Google Unveils AI-Powered Image Creation Tool for Business Users
Google is expanding its workspace suite for business customers and premium subscribers with a new AI-powered image creation and editing tool called Google Pics.
The tool, which uses Google's Nano Banana image-generation model, will roll out over the coming weeks to most Workspace customers and those who pay for Google AI Pro or Ultra.
Unlike design tools like Canva, where users create from scratch, Google Pics allows users to prompt AI to generate images based on their requests.
The app includes editing tools such as isolating objects, transforming them, modifying text inside images, and more.
Google Pics will also support collaborative editing and the ability to generate multiple versions of an image for users to choose from.
