The Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti and AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT GPUs have seen a significant price gap in the market, with the former selling for over $1,100 and the latter around $800.

This disparity has widened sharply since September 2026, with most of the movement happening in just six to eight weeks. PC Gamer's deal coverage this month described the RX 9070 XT as 'about $300 cheaper than the current going rate for the Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti,' and IGN noted that the Nvidia card 'currently can't be found for under $1,100.'

The RTX 5070 Ti launched in February 2025 at $749, while the RX 9070 XT followed in March 2025 at $599. The original price gap between them was around $150.
