The GTA 6 leaker has released two new gameplay videos despite Take-Two's efforts to identify them. The 'CyberLeek' persona or group posted the videos on August 22, showing supercar gameplay and an armed robbery, as well as strip club gameplay that appears to taunt Take-Two and Rockstar.

The latter video contains a snippet of a cutscene with a character saying they need to take 'a leak,' which is the second cutscene to emerge this week. There is growing concern that the leaker has access to an early build of the game and may post significant story spoilers in the future.

Take-Two issued Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) subpoenas on August 20, requesting information from Microsoft and Discord as part of its hunt for the leaker. The subpoenas aim to identify those responsible for posting the leaks on Github and gather internal business records associated with Microsoft's investigation.
