Hershey Appoints Dave Hulays as New Chief Financial Officer
The Hershey Company has named Dave Hulays as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 2, 2026. He succeeds Steve Voskuil, who will support strategic priorities and leadership transition until early 2027.
Hulays brings nearly 30 years of financial leadership experience to the role, having worked at Hershey since 2012 in various capacities, including VP Finance for Canada, and before that at Procter & Gamble (P&G) for 15 years.
Voskuil has led Hershey's finance organization for seven years and will move into a new role focused on initiatives for the CEO and Board. The company's President and CEO, Kirk Tanner, praised Hulays as a 'proven, enterprise-minded finance leader' who will drive the next generation of growth.
Hulays holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business Administration from York University's Schulich School of Business in Toronto, Canada. He lives in Hershey, Pennsylvania, with his wife Angela and their two sons.
