HiBob, an HR platform based in Tel Aviv, has secured fresh funding that values it at over $3.2 billion, a significant increase of 18.5 percent from its valuation of $2.7 billion just two years ago.

The new round, led by Salesforce and joined by Farallon Capital Management, brings HiBob's total fundraising to over $700 million since its founding in 2015.

With annualized revenue now exceeding $400 million, the company is expanding its core platform and pursuing targeted acquisitions to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities and fill gaps in its product lineup.

According to CEO Ronni Zehavi, HiBob's role is not just to add AI-powered features but to help companies fundamentally transform their operations through technology.
