Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (HCCB) has appointed Pooja Bedi as its General Counsel & Company Secretary. With over 25 years of experience in the FMCG, alcobev, healthcare, and technology sectors, Bedi joins HCCB from Mondelēz India, where she was Chief Counsel - India.

Pooja Bedi has a strong background in corporate governance, risk and compliance, regulatory strategy, business transformation, and strategic advisory. Her expertise spans both domestic and international markets. Bedi will lead the company's Legal, Compliance, and Secretarial functions at HCCB.
