Ann-Marie Campbell's four-decade journey at Home Depot is a remarkable example of dedication and hard work. She started as a part-time cashier in 1985, earning $4.15 an hour while studying in college.

Campbell's career at Home Depot spanned over 40 years, during which she moved through various roles, including store manager, district manager, regional vice president, and senior executive vice president.

In her current role, Campbell oversees US stores and operations, Home Depot Canada and Mexico, outside sales and service, and Home Services. Her responsibilities cover more than 2,300 stores and over 400,000 associates.

Campbell's salary crossed the $1 million mark, with her total compensation for fiscal 2025 reaching about $7.45 million, including roughly $2.31 million in cash compensation and more than $5 million in equity awards.
