Home Depot Sells Holiday Sweater with Built-in Tool Belt

Home Depot is getting into the holiday spirit with its latest release: a limited-edition holiday sweater that doubles as a fully equipped tool belt. The sweater, which costs $29.99, will be available in two runs online on October 1 and October 15. Each sweater comes stocked with tools such as a screwdriver, tape measure, pliers, rechargeable headlamp, level, outdoor light clips, and mechanical pencil.

The tool belt also includes a $50 peppermint-scented gift card for any additional materials needed to complete holiday decorating. The Home Depot holiday decor collection begins rolling out in stores nationwide on October 5, featuring items such as a 9-foot Grand Duchess artificial Christmas tree that can be customized from an app.

Aubrey Horowitz, merchant of decorative holiday at The Home Depot, said, 'This holiday season, we’re helping our customers turn their biggest holiday ideas into reality, whether they’re building a showstopping outdoor display or getting their home ready for hosting.' The company is also introducing a limited-edition 2-gallon holiday bucket available online on October 1 for $2.98.
