Home Depot Shareholders See Shifts in Key Stakeholder Holdings
Handelsbanken Fonder AB has reduced its stake in The Home Depot, Inc. (NYSE:HD) by selling shares during the second quarter. According to a recent 13F filing with the SEC, the fund now owns 522,512 shares of Home Depot's stock after selling 29,206 shares.
The sale represents a 5.3% decrease in Handelsbanken Fonder AB's position in The Home Depot. At the end of the second quarter, the fund owned 0.05% of Home Depot's outstanding shares, valued at approximately $184 million.
Others have also modified their holdings of HD. Carolina Wealth Advisors LLC increased its stake by 1.4%, while KMG Fiduciary Partners LLC boosted its position by 90%. Marquette Asset Management and Sage Capital Advisors llc also increased their stakes in The Home Depot during the second quarter.
The Home Depot reported $3.43 earnings per share for the most recent quarter, surpassing analysts' expectations of $3.41. The company's revenue was up 4.8% compared to the same period last year.
