Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP has filed a class action lawsuit against Honeywell Aerospace Inc. (NASDAQ: HONA) on behalf of investors who purchased shares between June 29, 2026, and September 1, 2026. The firm is encouraging affected investors to seek a lead plaintiff role by November 23, 2026.

The lawsuit alleges that Honeywell Aerospace made false or misleading statements during the class period. Key claims include failing to disclose supply constraints from a small percentage of suppliers, which allegedly had a material impact on sales and profitability. Additionally, the company was under investigation for potential violations of the False Claims Act related to cybersecurity requirements for government contracts.

On August 5, 2026, Honeywell Aerospace slashed its full-year 2026 guidance and reported a 70% year-over-year decline in net income and a 32% drop in adjusted earnings per share. The stock price fell $47.17, or 23.16%, to close at $156.47 on August 6, 2026. On September 1, 2026, the company agreed to pay over $2 million to settle False Claims Act allegations, causing the stock to drop another $3.87, or 2.45%, to close at $154.24.

Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP, a nationally recognized law firm with over 50 years of experience in complex litigation, is leading the case. The firm has recovered over $10 billion for clients in various high-profile cases. Investors with losses are encouraged to contact the firm to learn more about the lead plaintiff process.
