Honeywell Aerospace Investors Lose Millions Amid False Statements Allegations
Honeywell Aerospace investors who suffered losses between June 29 and September 1 this year may be eligible to participate in a class action lawsuit. The suit, filed in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, alleges that Honeywell Aerospace's management made false or misleading statements about the company's business, operations, and prospects during this period.
The complaint claims that defendants failed to disclose material facts about the company's suppliers, including that a small percentage of them had a disproportionate impact on sales due to supply constraints. This allegedly led to a material unfavorable impact on Honeywell Aerospace's sales and profitability.
Investors who purchased or acquired Honeywell Aerospace securities during this time have until November 23, 2026, to request the court appoint them as lead plaintiff in the case. However, their ability to share in any recovery does not require them to serve as lead plaintiff.
