Honeywell Aerospace Investors Sued Over Alleged Securities Fraud

Honeywell Aerospace, Inc. (HONA) investors who suffered losses are being given an opportunity to lead a securities fraud class action lawsuit.

The complaint alleges that between June 29, 2026 and September 1, 2026, Honeywell made materially false statements about its business, operations, and prospects.

Honeywell allegedly failed to disclose issues with suppliers, including supply constraints and investigations into potential violations of the False Claims Act for failing to comply with cybersecurity requirements for government contracts.
