Honeywell Snaps Up Compressor Controls for $673M

Honeywell has acquired Compressor Controls Corporation for $673 million in cash. The deal was finalized on June 30, 2023. According to Dealroom, the acquisition amount and valuation are set at $673 million USD.

The purchase accounting for the transaction is expected to be completed by Q2 2024, as per Honeywell's SEC filing. This means that the financial impact of the deal will not be fully reflected in Honeywell's accounts until then.
