Honeywell Wins EU Patent Court Battle Against VeyorEx

Honeywell has secured an injunction against VeyorEx and related companies from the Unified Patent Court, covering six European countries. The court rejected a disputed-license defense and refused to delay its decision pending parallel Dutch litigation.

The injunction relates to extendable conveyor technology, with the court's ruling affecting Germany, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Latvia, and Italy.

Honeywell has successfully obtained the injunction despite ongoing Dutch litigation over whether the licensing agreement between the two companies remains in effect.
