The federal government has identified the drugs that will transition from upfront discounts to rebates in the 340B program starting January 1. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) approved plans from ten drug manufacturers, covering 21 medications, including popular drugs like Eliquis, Jardiance, Farxiga, and Januvia.

The list, posted on October 1 on HRSA's pilot program page, includes major companies such as AbbVie, Amgen, Astellas, AstraZeneca, Bristol Myers Squibb, Boehringer Ingelheim, GSK, Merck, Pfizer, and Teva. This selection is more extensive than the initial attempt at the pilot, which a federal court blocked before it could begin.
