IBM Elects Frank Baker to Board Amid Ongoing Transformation Efforts

IBM has announced the election of Frank Baker to its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026. Baker is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Siris Capital Group, LLC, a private equity firm that has deployed over $9 billion in equity capital across technology, telecommunications, and data-focused companies.
