IBM Hands Blue Cloud $15.5M Contract for AI Infrastructure Services

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has received a significant contract from IBM Cloud Inc. worth US$15.5 million for AI infrastructure design, deployment, and support services. The contract was signed under a Master Services Agreement dated August 21, 2026, and work commenced on September 24, 2026.

The engagement will see Global Impx Inc., Blue Cloud's wholly owned US subsidiary, deliver a scalable, secure, high-performance environment for IBM Cloud's AI and machine-learning workloads. The project spans four stages: design, build, secure and operate, and validate and hand over.

According to the terms of the contract, GIX will maintain infrastructure and GPU availability of at least 99.5 per cent, respond to critical incidents within 30 minutes, and provide identity and access controls, network segmentation, encryption, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery services.

Blue Cloud's Group Chairman, Tejesh Kumar Kodali, stated that the win demonstrates the company's ability to compete for and deliver high-value AI infrastructure work. Vinod Babu Bollikonda, Managing Director and Group CEO, added that the team aims to earn a long-term relationship with IBM Cloud.
