A Caspian Airlines Boeing 737 was seized at Istanbul Airport due to an unpaid debt of approximately €3 million.
The aircraft, registered as EP-KPB, was set to depart for Iran when bailiffs and representatives from the creditor company ACM Temsil Gözetim arrived with lawyers in tow.
Passengers and crew members were disembarked before being returned to the terminal.
