The Lehigh Valley IronPigs' three-game winning streak came to an end in a 5-1 loss to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders on Thursday night at Coca-Cola Park.

Scranton's Tyler Hardman hit a two-run homer in the fourth inning, doubling their lead with J.C. Escarra's two-run single in the fifth. The RailRiders added another run in the sixth when Anthony Volpe doubled home a runner.

The 'Pigs finally scored on an RBI fielder's choice by Payton Henry in the eighth inning after loading the bases, but it was too little, too late. Elmer Rodriguez earned the win for Scranton, pitching seven scoreless innings, while Tucker Davidson took the loss for Lehigh Valley.
