JNJ Sees Growth Revival from Immunology and Neuroscience Segments
Johnson & Johnson's (JNJ) Immunology and Neuroscience segments are emerging as key growth drivers for the company.
The Immunology segment, which accounts for around 29% of total company revenues and approximately 45% of Innovative Medicine sales, is currently in a transition phase due to the loss of exclusivity for Stelara.
Tremfya, however, has stepped up to fill the gap with $3.65 billion in sales in the first half of 2026, up 67.8% year over year.
J&J is confident that Tremfya will exceed $10 billion in peak-year sales and is also developing new products such as Icotyde and Imaavy to drive growth in the long term.
